What is enquiry authority?

Enquiry authority allows a third party to have access to information about your client’s account, including their account data.

Your client can appoint a third party on their account via a Third Party Authority (TPA) form.

A third party appointed with enquiry authority can view your client’s account details (BSB, account number, and account name), account balance and transaction history.

Enquiry authority doesn’t allow third parties to authorise payments from the account, changes to the account details or close the account.

Remove enquiry authority

To remove any third parties from having enquiry access, please email us at wrap@perpetual.com.au with an instruction to remove the third party/entity from the account.

Please provide the relevant account number/s in this instruction so we can action this quickly for you.
