What’s Macquarie Authenticator?

Macquarie Authenticator is one of the most secure verification methods. It’s a standalone mobile app that allows you or your clients to verify certain actions and account changes. Macquarie Authenticator is a secure way to authorise transactions and other account activity when using Adviser Online.

The Macquarie Authenticator app sends push notifications to approve or deny payment transactions or account changes in real-time.

Adviser actions that use Macquarie Authenticator

Currently, advisers and support staff who use Adviser Online can register for the Macquarie Authenticator app and use it as a more secure method of multi-factor authentication to:

  • update or reset your Adviser Online password
  • approve ESI code generation
  • manage your secure, registered devices.
