There are multiple ways you can update your client’s Wrap account contact details:
- Your client can call us on 1800 099 652 (Overseas +61 2 5501 1743), Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm (Sydney time). We’ll identify them over the phone and then update their details.
- Upload a completed Change of Account Details form to Request Centre. Please note that we’ll contact your client to validate the change prior to processing the request. You can find the Change of Account Details forms in Adviser Tools by searching for ‘change of account details’ and selecting the appropriate form.
- Update and submit change of details via a myClient Service Request.
You can also update their details through Adviser Online.
- Log in to Adviser Online
- Select Clients from the menu under the Perpetual icon and click Wrap clients & accounts
- Select your client from the client list
- Click Update client details
- Select the appropriate field
- Modify the details and authorise the change.
